I captured this image while hiking at Maricostas Preserve in Washington, CT during the fall. The fall colors and panoramic view make this a quintessential New England scene.
The lookout provides a welcome resting spot with a scenic view of the hayfield adjacent to Meeker Swamp as the hike continues on to another awesome vantage point at Waramaug's Rock.
