I captured this image of a Mandrill at the Bronx Zoo.

The mandrill is a large Old World monkey native to west central Africa. It is one of the most colorful mammals in the world, with red and blue skin on its face and posterior. It is the largest monkey in the world.

This Mandrill was perched on a tree branch, showcasing its colorful facial markings and calm demeanor. The lush green foliage forms a vibrant backdrop, enhancing the natural setting. To me, this looks like an image right out of National Geographic!
