Description
During a weekend of winter weather, I captured this winter scene on the town Green in New Milford, CT.
The weekend started out with snow which transitioned to sleet and then freezing rain. Eventually, the temperatures rose and fog appeared. I ran downtown and shot this moody scene between the raindrops.
The street lamps cast warm reflections on the wet pavement, and bare trees frame the snowy scene, adding to the wintery atmosphere.
If you look closely, you can see a number of snowmen populated throughout the scene.
