Description

Acres of daffodils bloom every Spring across this site in Litchfield, Connecticut. Beginning in the 1940's Remy and Virginia Morosani planted 10,000 daffodil bulbs at Laurel Ridge Farm. As the story is told, the location for the first daffodil planting was too rocky to make into a good hay field. But the land had a rugged beauty to it. So, the couple were inspired to plant daffodils there and it is where they have continued to grow. As you can see, it's a magical place for photography!
