I captured this image while driving home from Sherman, CT when I noticed a beautiful sunset appearing over an open field. To cap it off, a rustic red barn, overtaken by creeping vines, sits in the field as the sun sets in the hazy sky. The summer evening light casts a soft glow over the landscape, highlighting the rolling mist and the lush greenery surrounding the old structure.
I love the way in which this one looks like a painting.
With photography, sometimes you get lucky and happen to be at the right place at the right time!
