I captured this image at the Goshen Stampede Rodeo in Goshen, Connecticut. I had never photographed a rodeo before so it was quite a challenge! Fortunately, I was able to get some great shots. This one being my favorite!
The cowboy, dressed in traditional rodeo attire, is captured in mid-buck on a dark horse in an arena, displaying a moment of intense action. Spectators in the stands are blurred in the background, focusing attention on the dynamic interaction between the rider and the horse.
I love the exciting action captured in this photo!
