Description
I captured this image during a visit to Saratoga Race Course in New York during the summer of 2023. I love the way it captures the action of the horses racing down the course with the dirt flying!
I also find it amusing that I seemed to have caught the attention of the horse in first place as he is looking right at me!
The jockeys in their colorful silks are racing their thoroughbred horses competing fiercely as they are captured in mid-stride. The intensity of the race is evident from their focused expressions and the effort shown by the horses.
